Stress is something that most people experience, it is difficult to overcome and sometimes you don’t even notice you have stress.

Lots of people don’t know how to cope with stress or that it’s actually stress that is effecting them.

I am no stranger to stress due to my Asperger’s syndrome (autism) as it comes with the condition.
