Raynaud’s Awareness Month – Please show your support!

Raynaud's Disease Awareness Month 2015

Raynaud’s Disease Awareness Month 2015

Today, Feb 1st 2015, is the first day of Raynaud’s Disease Awareness Month 2015.

One of the reasons we would like to promote this month’s Raynaud’s Awareness is that it affects more of us than you might think. According to the UK’s Raynaud’s & Scleroderma Association it is possible that up to 20% of the adult population suffer from the condition.

So what actually is Raynaud’s Disease (or Raynaud’s Phenomenon as it is also know). A few years ago we published a discussion blog look at more detail at the signs and symptoms of Raynaud’s Phenomenon. You can read it here and have a look at the stories of people with Raynaud’s.

How can you help raise awareness. Firstly by getting yourself informed but also we have produced the awareness infographic above. It would be great if you could like and share with your freinds and family on social media such as Twitter or Facebook.

Thanks very much in advance.
