Clemson University Autism Research

The purpose of the study is to attempt to find a link between severity of Autism Spectrum Disorder symptoms and various lifestyle habits. Specifically, the link between sleeping positions and Autism Symptoms will be investigated. We hope to share our results in academic publications and/or conference presentations. The participants that we plan to recruit are parents of children with autism, and parents of typically developing children. Participants will be eligible if they have a child born after September 2012. One participation session will be required for approximately thirty minutes.

Researchers at Clemson University are exploring the link between lifestyle choices and patterns of behavior in young children. If you have a child born after September 2012, you are eligible to participate. The survey takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. All participants who complete the study will be entered in a drawing for a $100 Amazon gift card. If you have any questions about the study, please contact Dr. Jennifer Bisson at jbisson@clemson.edu.
