Pain – some tips for avoiding pain at night

 

We move around a lot in our sleep. Getting jolted away because of a shooting pain you inadvertently caused can be jarring and trying to sleep through the night with a bad back, sprained ankle or migraine can prove impossible. If you are sleeping in the wrong position, even the best of bedding is no match for a shooting pain that keeps you up all night. For instance, a broken ankle should be elevated and you should be sleeping on your back. Upper back pain, however, you should be sleeping on your side with a pillow between your legs.
