We have been asked by a student at University of Toronto  to help find young people to take part in research survey.  He says

“My name is Patrick and I am a PhD candidate at the University of Toronto. My research examines the physical activity habits of youth diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder through the use of a survey.  I would like to know whether it would be possible for you to pass on this survey to be pilot tested with some of your families to help provide me with some feedback. I am looking to learn whether the survey is written in an accessible manner and whether youth are able to complete it on their own, or with the support of a parent/caregiver. ”

Could you download  the survey University of Toronto Autism Surveyand email it to patrick.jachyra@utoronto.ca upon completion.
