Jenny Morris Yes. For years I have been walking on broken glass. It hurts more when walking or standing. So yes pressure is not nice. I can walk or stand for limited time now.
OH and I go to the gym about 3 times a week. That’s written off taxes as physical therapy!
Stop eating the animal antibiotics and growth steroids injected into EVERY SINGLE farm animal. Go vegetarian, or vegan. But my MS shut up when I stopped eating things with a Central Nervous System!!
Ok…did anybody else catch this? I dont drink very often, since i already walk like I’m drunk and take too many meds. Am I misunderstanding by thinking 2 units, assuming units means 2 drinks or shots, of alcohol a day is too much? Or is it meaning a different type of alcohol? I was diagnosed in March of this year, so i am still learning the lingual.

Thanks in advance for the clarification.
I’ve always been a pretty calm person, but how does one not “get stressed” in EXTREME circumstances? For instance in the last 2 months I’ve lost three family members and four friends. We almost lost my mother earlier in the month (dementia & lymphoma and she got bronchitis) and now have to consider hospice. Being in the hospital with her for four days with her I caught it and now my firbromyalgia has flared up – both exacerbated by stress. Saying “don’t get stressed” if all well and good, but what about under those EXTREME times.
Although I don’t have sleep issues, is there something parents can do to “make up” for lost sleep due to children waking up?
Tamerin Elliott is precisely right. The stretching exercises in the link she provided will help TREMENDOUSLY!
