Today is World Suicide Prevention Day. Many of us have lost friends and family who decided to take their own lives so today is an opportunity to honor their memories.

The International Association for Suicide Prevention (IASP) asks you to Light a Candle near a Window at 8 PM to show your support for suicide prevention, to remember a lost loved one, and for the survivors of suicide.

We would also ask two things. Firstly can you share the image above so we can get as many people as possible to be aware of World Suicide Prevention Day.

Secondly can you upload pictures of you candle to the comments box below as a commemoration.
