Acceptance is the Cure by Autism Santa

Are you still trying to fix.
What may not need to be.
Your child may be different.
That depends on what you see.

Try and find a way.
To see what is inside.
The truth may be hidden.
You will be pleasantly surprised.

I too have been confused.
To not see who he is.
Yes my child may be different.
But he’s definitely a “Wiz”.

I’ve looked in every window.
I’ve opened every door.
Awareness is the DX.
“Acceptance” is the cure!
