Depends who you ask. If you ask someone who needs Obama care their answer is likely to be yes. I don’t think we really know the true implications of the ACA yet – it’s just too soon to see. There are a few (and only a few) good things about the act such as the per-existing conditions clause and allowing younger people the chance to visit a doctor. That’s about it though from what I can see. Granting access to doctor visits isn’t that big of a deal and I think that people will be surprised how expensive things are going to be when someone is truly sick or in a trauma.
There’s also a lot of unintended consequences that are so far taking place such as higher insurance premiums, loss of full time jobs, loss of regular health benefits, and increased waiting times to see a doctor.
