This diet is beneficial for Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) or any other arthritis as well as for people suffering from any autoimmune disease. I talk about AIP or the Autoimmune Protocol diet and how to get started with it. I also provide tips for vegetarians since AIP is hard to do if you are a vegetarian.
