I wanted to go over some ways that employers can support their autistic employees. One of my Patrons brought up this concept and I think it’s something we definitely could use more conversation around. A lot of these are based off my own experience and I’d like to stress that there’s a reason I constantly say “tend to” – we are all very unique and different! I hope that this video, and hopefully the comments below, can be of use regarding autism in the workplace.
