12 Years of living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) – Sharing ways to make MS a bit easier to live with

12 Years of living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) - Sharing ways to ...

12 years ago today I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, it seems so long ago now but I still remember that day like it was yesterday.

I remember the phone call I received, I remember the face of the the neurologist who sat me down in the chair and explained what it all meant, and I remember thinking, I’m not scared and I will get through this. It’s something that’s always been part of me, a determination that something like this will not beat me no matter how hard it tries.

Multiple sclerosis has made me feel the worst possible things, but it’s also put me in positions where I’ve made friends, enjoyed something that I took part in because of MS and so for all those things I’m truly thankful.

MS is a tough thing to go through but with willpower and determination we can get through even the worst of things with the help of others. Thank you to all the people who have decided to join me on here I feel privileged to have you here.

Thank you to all my friends and connections that I’ve made on this journey and thank you to my family and closest people as I couldn’t do a lot of what I do without your support. ❤️
