Living with limited mobility can be a constant struggle and is difficult to improve without the knowledge and guidance. These exercises are designed to keep you safe and be easy to follow along to. Remember, mark your progress! Write down the time that you could no longer continue the exercise and then try the same exercise again two or three days later.
