this is not something that happened once or twice; it is routine.
I have for the most part only ever been abused by healthcare professionals. I wouldn’t set toe in a hospital or doctor’s office without a reliable witness, one who can’t be co-opted. As an autistic I find I am very annoying to almost anyone who thinks of their social position as one of authority, and that they behave abusively and then lie about it, knowing the “mentally ill” person’s word will mean nothing.
