World MS Trend Day is one of those brilliant and simple which can make a real difference to raising awareness of multiple sclerosis.

The idea is so simple.

It is to get #curems trending on social media on 31st July 2015. Which this year falls on a Friday!

So please just add the hashtag #curems to all your Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and other social media posts that day.
